- What about springs?
Stock bikes are set up for the "average" person of "average" skill. Springs are also the support system for you and your machine, so depending on your weight and type of riding, we may recommend different spring rates that will fit you and your riding applications

- What is a "re-valve"?
A re-valve consists of evaluating the work order from the customer and determining a customized setting (shim stack) from the information givin. The customized shim stack will change the action of the suspension components to what the customer has described in his/her work order.

- Will a re-valve make a big difference?
Only as big as you want! If you like the stock configurations of your bike pretty well as is, but just want a little more here, or a little more there, we can do it! And likewise, if you want a drastic customized feel or a special riding application setup, we can do that too!

- How often should I service my suspension?
This is directly related to the type of riding you do and how often you do it! But a good rule of thumb is about every 10-15 hours.

- How long do the services take?
Depending on the services requested, the time to do the job may vary, but most basic services will be done in about 2 weeks. Special services, may take longer.
